Orbi RBR50 deregister

Hi,

 

I too have been trying to figure out to deregister an RBR50 with (1) satellite so that I can give it to a family member.  Of course you can't call Netgear and every request like mine the post concludes with someone saying that a member of the Netgear moderator team is supposed to help.  Is there anyone out there that can help?
