Orbi Wifi Calling Intermittent

I've been trying to fix an issue for some time and opening portal cases were not successful. I gave up in the end as I spent many hours on the telephone with Netgear support, but I really need to resolve as I have no mobile signal where I live.
I have 1 RBR20 router and 2 RBS20 sattelites, plugged into an EE router provided by my broadband provider.
My Wifi calling is intermittant. I have worked through several fixes including firmware updates.
Chaned Primary DNS to 8.8.8.8 and Secondary to 8.8.4.4.
Changed WIFI channels to 06 on 2.4g and 44 on 5g
Turned off 20/40 MHz coexistance
Disabled MU-MIMO
Upgraded firmware.
Does anyone have any suggestions? I have an Iphone 12 and my wife has an iphone 6s. Sometimes Wifi calling shows up, but this is rare and intermittent.

What is your mobile provider?
What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?

I have firmware v2.7.3.22 for the Router and sattelites.
The modem is an EE Smarthub, it doesnt have any model number on it at all. However Wifi calling worked perfectly on it before I turned off it's wireless network and connected my Orbi.

Couple of options,
1. Configure the modem for transparent bridge or modem only mode. Then use the Orbi router in router mode. You'll need to contact the ISP for help and information in regards to the modem being bridged correctly.
2. If you can't bridge the modem, disable ALL wifi radios on the modem, configure the modems DMZ/ExposedHost or IP Pass-Through for the IP address the Orbi router gets from the modem. Then you can use the Orbi router in Router mode.
3.
