Packet loss for wired device on RBK352

Hi all

any suggestion oin this one : Orbi's are connected via wired backhaul. Synology NAS is connected to a main one. When I ping the main one there is no packet loss, whilst doing this I ping the synology and get a packet loss. 

I have the most current frimware.

Any suggestions or it is a known issue?

Netgear has set up a community forum specifically for the Orbi AX (WiFi 6) products. Most of the people who watch that forum are more likely to have experience with Orbi AX and know how to work it better than those of us who follow this "general Orbi" forum.
