Rbr50 speeds dropped drastically

My speeds on the ORBI RBR50 just dropped from 500 Mbps to 1.75 Mbps. I did the update, I have reset the modem, I have unplugged the router for awhile. Nothing seems to work to get my speeds back up. Any suggestions.

Have you powered OFF the ISP modem AND RBR for 1 minute then back on? 

What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?

Be sure to test speeds on a wire connected PC. 

If anything, try a factory test on the RBR and setup from scratch. Be sure to not enable Access Controls, Armor, Circle, QoS speed test or Traffic meter. Use Ooklas installable speed test app and run a speed test as soon as the setup wizard is finished.
