I have an RBR40 Orbi Router and 2 RBW30 satellites that I need to erase all the data from so I can sell them. I have torn down the RBR40 wifi network and replaced it with a Nighthawk system.
Can I hook the RBR40 system directly to a computer to perform the reset or do I have to hook up the network again?

Re: Resetting Orbi information
No, you can reset from the RBRs web page with a wired PC using the RBRs web page and ERASE feature under Administration/Backup or press the reset button for 15 seconds then release. Once the top ring LED on the RBR and RBS slowly pulsate, turn them off and box them for shipping.

Re: Resetting Orbi information
Do I need to have the satellites "attached" to the router when I do the reset?
