Some advanced settings on RBK50 are not highlighted or able to be opened

I am trying to edit my UPnP settings but when I log into orbilogin.net there are certain options not highlighted or available for clicking. Parental controls, Internet, Port forwarding, UPnP, IPv6, Remote management, ect. 

Does anyone know how I can fix this?

The features you mentioned are not available when Orbi is in AP Mode, so if you want these router functionalities to be provided by Orbi then you need to set Orbi in Router Mode and bridge your ISP router.
