refurbished ORBI

I recently bought a certified refurbished ORBI system and was trying to register it here,

i got this message

netgear orbi serial number is already registered

 Anyone here can help??

This is the sort of thing that often gets referred to one of the forum moderators by clicking on a link to their user name and sending them a private message with the details.  Netgear prefers that users not post sensitive information on the public forum.  For example, click on this link: @Blanca_O
