Chat support not available

Hello,

according to my account, there should be lifetime chat support for my registered switch.

But I cannot open a chat, it always says "Chat is busy, please try again later".

What kind of support is this?

    Looks like its not available on mine right now if I try to chat on one of my supported devices either. 

    it could be: 

    • its only available during certain hours (would be nice to be posted)
    • its truly busy and backed up so isn't available
    • its actually having issues and not working

    Tough to know which it is.

      No operating hours are mentioned. And I tried to access the chat a various days and times. Especially on weekdays between 9am and 3pm one would expect that it is operating ...

      It simply always says: Chat busy, please try again later.
