GS716T Smart Switch Factory Default Button Can't Be Pressed
I got locked out of my switch after making some changes. I need to reset it to the factory defaults, but the button doesn't seem to be a button at all. The reset button works just fine, but there doesn't seem to be a button at all where the factory default hole is. It appears to be just a metal surface. Has anyone seen this before?

Re: GS716T Smart Switch Factory Default Button Can't Be Pressed
Second-hand device? Has somebody put in a sheet metal to prohibit an unallowed reset action there, like direct behind the hole? Or was the physical button broken away and just its metal frame remained some two or three milineters inside the enclosure?
I'd suggest to open the switch and have an eye.
Take some photos - keen to learn what happened threre - and attach here in-line.
Edit: You tagged a GS716Tv3 model - is this corret? Unless I'm wrong this model has a Reset button on the left front side, and a Factory Default button to the right front side.
