xs728t cant make it work with microtik routerboard 912 or Ubiquiti rocket ac
i have upgraded my business from a cisco switch to netgear xs728t i have sfp cables going to it and all fine but it wont read any wireless devices (fyi i have a patch panel that provide power to the sectors and provide data transfer from and into the switch ) but non the less it wont read any device .
is it a vlan config?
please help .

What wireless devices are you referring to?
If you will connect a PC hardwired to the XS728T, does it obtain a valid local IP Address?
It would be best if you post a detailed network diagram that shows how everything is connected.
