Relaxed modem router - Powerline not showing on network map

Hi

i replaced a bt home hub with a netgear ac1600 modem router. I already had a Powerline av500 connected to xav5004. After replacing the router I'm getting solid green LEDs on both the Powerline plug and the adapter but no internet on any of the connected devices. The Powerline is not showing up on the network map. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Have you been through the setup process for these powerplugs with the new modem?
