Router randomly removed, can't re-add to Cloud Portal due to page malfunction

Greetings,

 

Netgear Insight periodically and randomly removes our router from the VPN group. I need to re-add it, but the Netgear Insight portal web site displays a blank page when I click on the Router/VPN tab:

It is therefore impossible to enable VPN functionality.

 

I am an Insight Premium subscriber and a VPN services subscriber.
