Google Drive Sync Malfunction
Hi,
I have a ReadyNAS 426 and I tried to configure Google Drive sync and it seemed to work fine. I could see the folders in my Google Drive cloud account so I know the username and password worked properly. But when I finished I got the following errors:
"Unauthorized. It could be an invalid user account credential or the app is not allowed to access cloud drive. Stopped syncing with Google."
When I tried again I got these errors:
"Google Drive service is not running"
"Cloud Storage Service is not running"
Any advice you can give me would be much appreciated!
Matt

I should note I have tried in Chrome and Edge with no improvement.

Hi msg4343,
Have you tried leaving then rejoining to Google Drive?
May I know also the sync direction you selected on the NAS?
You can also download the NAS system logs then check google-drive.log. You might be able to find some clues about the issue.

Thanks for your response. When you say "Have you tried leaving then rejoining to Google Drive?", where would I do that? It seems that when I switch the Google drive option on in ReadyNAS it immediately throws an error so there is nowhere to "leave" and "rejoin"?
I have tried various local paths, cloud storage paths and both "bidirectional" and "Download cloud storage changes only" but all have the same errors. Attached is the google drive log.
Thanks again for your help!
Matt
