One ReadyCloud user gets VPN disconnected and one gets no registered devices
I have this issue which is user specific. If I login using one user the ReadyCloud App works fine. Whereas for one user the ReadyCloud App says "VPN disconnected". FOr third user, it says "NO registe...

Can you please send the logs? Please add the link to this thread to the email.
Also, PM me the ReadyCloud user accounts, indicate which account has the admin rights for ReadyCloud access.

I have the same problem with my RN 102.
Firmware 6.6.1
