RN214 NAS ReadyCLOUD VPN Disconnected

Hello to everyone,

 

I have read similar topics on community, sorry but I have to open another.

 

Still I can not connect to my Netgear RN214 via ReadyCLOUD on Mac mini, macOS Monterey ver. 12.6
I have two different computers on the same LAN/WAN network with security & firewall disabled on router's controller.

Windows 11 ver. 22H2 computer VPN connected on ReadyCLOUD app. but macOS Monterey 12.6 never connecting to the RN214 NAS through ReadyCLOULD macOS app. ( online (VPN Disconnected) ). I think it's related with some security functions on macOS but I couldn't figure out?

Hope to see the issue resolved soon but don't know who can fix this; Apple or Netgear...

In addition, my only temporary solution is singning-in ReadyCLOUD via browser and using it on macOS.
