ReadyCLOUD unable to add new user

I am attempting to add a new user to readycloud but no shares are listed other than homedirectories of existing users. I have tried using Firefox, edge, and safari browsers. I can see shares of local NAS. Remote NAS shares do not show up in browser. Using readycloud app shows all shares normally on pc and Mac.
anyone have any ideas?

There is currently an issue that is being worked on with ReadyCloud portal. Desktop or mobile apps is not affected. As a workaround kindly use the apps for now.

You should still be able to invite users to access ReadyCloud shares you have but they will have to use the Desktop app or Mobile app.
Adding users, you will have to invite them using their created MyNETGEAR account.

Can you provide a link to the instructions. When I log into readycloud using by browser I am not able to see the shares, therefore I cannot select the + symbol to invide a new user. The Desktop app and mobile app don't have an option to invite users.

Thanks for the link. Those instructions only work if you can see the shares listed in a browser based ready cloud session I think.
Is there any estimated time or day when readycloud will be working again.
