ReadyCloud: Not possible to edit/save directly

Hi there, when accessing my readynas over readycloud Service, i can Access my data via Webbrowser and i am able to open and edit the files, but i am not able to save them. What changes Need to be done? When accessing the readynas locally i have no Problems. thanks alot, thomas

  • I am really struggling with this Problem. Is there noone who can tell me what I should do? I cannot imagine that it is not possible to do it like i wanted to.. Do you maybe Need more Information? Thanks for any hint! Cheers, Thomas

    What ReadyNAS model and what version of ReadyNAS OS?

    Can you provide a screenshot?
  • It's a Readynas 102, running Firmware 6.1.2. The Problem is that I am not able to edit and save files directly on the nas when accessing over readycloud. When accessing it via my home Network it's possible without any Problem. What is the Setting I have to Change? Thank you, Thomas
  • Same question- how do you edit files in the ReadyCloud? Is it possible with the ReadyCloud functionality that comes with the ReadyNAS, or is a third party app necessary?

    Installed Pydio, but it doesn't seem to be functioning properly.
