Readycloud server unavailable

Trying to connect to the ready cloud server from a number of PCs.
all come back with "network error" readycloud server is unavailable.
this has been like this for the past 4 days. I have seen some similar posts which seem more general to user problems (?) - but this is definite error - cannot connect to server.
anythjing know about this ?

Hi @rodcrit
Have you updated your ReadyCloud Desktop app? If you have not that would be the reason why you are getting that error. If you have updated the Desktop application but still getting the same issue kindly try to check your Internet connection if it is available on the ReadyNAS system. You can go to the Cloud tab on the Administration page and should see if the services are available.
You may also want to check on your NIC settings under the Network tab.

had in mean time seen other reports on this problem and have re installed the desktop app and all is now working fine.
