Readycloud, unable to log in

Readycloud, unable to log in

Earlier today I suddenly got logged out of Readycloud, and now I´m not able to log in again:

"Email or password not recognized"

 

Even though I havn´t changed anything, and remember my password, I tried to recover:

"There was an error recovering the password. Please retry."

 

My Netgear account still works ok here, logging in for support/community.

 

Btw

The password recovery function at

https://readycloud.netgear.com/client/index.html#page=access

redirects you to

http://readycloud.netgear.com/client/en/welcome.html

which won´t help you recover anything at all...

The ReadyCLOUD password recovery is currently disabled due to a report from users getting a request to reset their password which they have not requested.

 

Have you tried recovering your password on my.netgear.com? You can try resetting your password here and see if you will be able to login to ReadyCLOUD after that.
