Why do share folders have red padlock icon?
I can access my RN314 from the Internet via
https://readycloud.netgear.com/
However, all of the folders have a red padlock icon over them, and cannot be accessed.
How can I access shares/folders remotely?

Wow, that was it! I originally created the ReadyCloud user using camel case. If I access ReadyCloud using all lower case letters, I see red padlocks on the folders. If I login using the same user name in camel case, no padlocks!
Strange, because I've never encountered user names that are never case sensitive.
