    Did you enter in the username in the same case as when you registered?

    If not can you try that?

    Wow, that was it! I originally created the ReadyCloud user using camel case. If I access ReadyCloud using all lower case letters, I see red padlocks on the folders. If I login using the same user name in camel case, no padlocks!

    Strange, because I've never encountered user names that are never case sensitive.
