Backup to Vault not working

Yes, it resumed the backup after remove some weird/long file names, what however surprised me is that no error notification/log was produced. The support told me that it alerts you it is not backing up after 7 days, so in my case I was still 2 o 3 days short; they also said that the errors are logged in the Historical Backup Activity but I have been playing with that when saw it was stuck and did not return me anything.
Since resuming the backup it's all smooth so I will keep using it for now, even if not perfect, as far as I can understand there are no equivalent solution for my readynas 312
