Remote/Cloud Administration

Hi,

I do have some issues using ReadyNAS Remote/Cloud portal. https://readycloud.netgear.com/client/index.html
I did some test with users and assosiated email adresses. Finally I deleted these users.
If I try to set up an new accout with fomer emailadresses I can't. I get a message, that the email already exists.

If I try to recover accounts the system mention that the emailadress does not exist!

Configuration: ReadNAS NV (Sparc) RAIDiator 4.1.14 [1.00a043]
ReadyNas Remote: 1.0.9.78

Any idea?

  • I am having the similar issues. I can no longer get ReadyNAS Remote to work with the older ReadyNAS NV+ V1 (Sparc) 4.1.14.
    ReadyNAS Remote client Version 1.6.5.23
    Windows 8.1

    When I try to View Profile it will not accept my ReadyNAS Remote login. I tried resetting my password but get the same issues. Are they no longer supporting this feature for older ReadyNAS units? If so, I am highly disappointed.
  • I believe this is due to the transition from ReadyNAS Remote to ReadyCloud, unfortunately ReadyCloud does not support Legacy units. I guess we will have to wait on Netgear's decision on how the legacy NAS units will still be able to access thier old readyNAS remote accounts or if legacy units will be supported at all.
