Help with file premissions
Hi everyone,
I want to set permission for users to access the file share.
When I select Shares-->Sare Listing --> CIFS --> Share Access Restrictions section:
The check box of Write-enabled users is grey and I cannot check whatever I choose.
May I know why?

What NAS do you have, and what firmware are you running?
Mine appears grey when I reset the share default access to "disabled", but I can check the box for write-enabled anyway, and then enter information.

Maybe your default access is set to Read/Write where you do not need to enter any users in the Write-enabled users field and groups for group -enabled groups field).
