Issues with VPN (SoftEther) with RN104

Hello everyone, I'm looking for some help, I recently got a readyNAS 104. I'd like to be able to be able to browse the file like if I was connected to the LAN but from home (the NAS is at my work office). I tried ready Cloud but it was always showing as "Online (VPN disconnected)" so I tried to install the app "SoftEther VPN", I got it to work after some tweaking and when I connect to the VPN it works, I can ping my printer and my work router, but not the NAS and I can't access the files...
To give you some details my work router IP is 192.168.168.168
My work printer IP is 192.168.168.140
My NAS IP is 192.168.168.150

I enabled the Virtual NAT and Virtuel DHCP option on SoftEther VPN because the VPN was not giving IP adresses to clients.

The virtual hosts network interface settings are : IP address 192.168.30.1 width subnet mask 255.255.255.0
The virtual DHCP settings are
IP range from 192.168.30.2 to 192.168.30.150 width subnet mask 255.255.255.0
Gateway and DNS 192.168.30.1

From the client when I'm connected to the VPN I can ping the work router (192.168.168.168) and I can even access the web interface, I can also ping the printer (192.168.168.140), but when I try to ping the NAS 192.168.168.150 it says "host unreachable", I also tried with the hostname "Drakkar_NAS", it finds the good IP (192.168.168.150) but same thing "host unreachable".

I'm sure I forgot something stupid but I can't figure it out...

Thanks for your help.
