ReadyNas ultra 2 and dlink dir 655
Hi
I have been trying a few days to get this working, just can't seem to find the sollution to this strange problem with wireless.
First my setup.
1 Desktop, 3 Lapptops, Samsung TV Dlna compatible (working with computer shares with samsung tool) but not working with ReadyNas.
1 ReadyNas Ultra 2, 1 Hp Printer Wireless, 1 Mobile phone.
All connected to Dlink Dir 655 Router.
Desktop using wired rest using wireless, wpa 2 and macfilter static ipadresses. (192.168.0.100 -> 192.168.0.110).
All computers, mobilephone and Tv access internet without any problems.
Latest firmware on ReadyNas and Router, latest Raidar utility.
OS Windows 7 Enterprise/ ultimate/ Xp
I mainly have 2 problems.
1. Lapptops can't access ReadyNas they cant find it in my network
Info...
- Lapptops can access desktop located on wired with \\Computername\
- Desktop computer can access lapptopps with \\computername\
- Desktop can access Nas without any problem
- Lapptop can ping desktop and wise versa, lapptop can't ping the nas, desktop can ping both
If i connect a cable to the lapptop it can access the Nas without any problem.
It seems like i have forgotten or missed some setting in router or in Nas. It should be some Nas settings as the connections from lapptop to desktop are working.
2. My samsung tv cant find any media dlna shares, readydlna is activated on nas, looking around the net seems like this is a common problem with this router.
(Seems like samsungs network implementations sucks.)
Dlna is working from lapptops with the samsung share manager tool, however i bought the Nas for this backup and media share purposes.
(sorry for some bad english).
Thanks in advance for any help or suggestions.
