Can't access my Stora MS 2110. Please help.

I have been using my Stora MS2110 since 2010 with no problem whatsoever. Since the past 2 weeks, I have not been able to access it.

When I log in via Windows Explorer, and click MyLibrary folder, I get "Windows cannot access \\STORA\MyLibrary".

When I log in via a browser, it does not let me even see the folders. Sometimes, it will give me a message that "the server resource requested was not found". I only have and use one drive in the unit. I have tried it with both Windows 7 and 10.
