JPEG images showing as black & orange icons

I read somewhere in the forum that this had to do with file permissions and that a self diagnostic & repair would fix the problem.

I've performed the following in the order:

1) Hard Reset
2) Re-flash
3) Self diag. & repair

Yet, I still have JPG images showing as black & orange icons in one of my folders in MyLibrary!

Would somebody at Netgear pls provide me with a definitive fix instead of wasting my time!

Try calling support if you're expecting a Netgear response. This site is user to user which means netgear may never read this.
