Afraid no. That's the price for using exotic Linux distros. Consult the distro makers https://forum.manjaro.org/ or https://www.manjaro-forum.de/ FMI.
It's an 802.11g wireless interface, max link rate 54 Mb/s from some 15 years ago - not convinced if this is worth any effort.
