Hi, We are observing amberlight on power button. Network/LAN lights are also not blinking but Power supply is working. We have restarted the NAS more then 2-3 times but no luck. We have a ticket ...

Hello tavantops,
When the power LED is amber, it means the NAS is on standby mode. Try contacting support via CHAT, I checked the registration of your unit and it appears it is entitled to lifetime CHAT support.

Hi JennC,
Thanks for your reply!! Do you know how can i start a chat session with NETGEAR Support. i couldn't able to find out and also to give an update after 3-4 attempts of restart the NAS started working and now its giving following error and the green light on PSU2 is blinking. I have replaced the power cable on PSU2 but still its blinking. Is it a good sign or bad.

Hello tavantops,
Try getting support site, you should be able to enter the SN of your NAS and it would load the available support for your product.

Hello tavantops,
By the way, did you replace the power cable or the power supply? This problem you have must have something to do with PSU, it could be compatibility or a hardware problem. That is why you should check this with support team. I guess you should just keep trying the live CHAT. It must be they were all engaged to chat when you tried.
