You've made me stop and think and yes I had to do a hard reset on my router last week becasue of some issues. In doing so the IP range reverted back to 10.0.0.1 and now all this makes sense. I've since changed the range to 192.168.1.1 and we're back on board! Thank You for asking the question. The NAS has the fixed IP in the Frontview settings. All works again!

Most routers let you reserve IP addresses, which lets you use DHCP with the NAS.
That's a more robust approach - it reduces risk of lost connectivity when switching to a new network (or router) and also makes IP address management simpler (reducing the chance that you'll assign a duplicate address). So you might look into making that change.
