Connection refused to administration page

Hello,

I have a problem... I have updated my NAS from 6.10.3 to 6.10.4 and since the update, the administration page doesn't work and I get ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED. I have tried two computers and three browsers and I get always the same, so the issue is not on the browser side. Also the Plex application has the same problem... and actually it seems that it is not running at all.

SSH works, file sharing works, notifications work (I get the email of the reboot and external drives connected).

Reboot doesn't solve the issue.

May I have some suggestion to try to understand where the problem is? I guess through SSH I should be able to see if the HTTP service is not running, if that is the problem.

Thanks

  • Yes, it looks like that Apache is indeed not running. What could I try?
