Device shown as offline

I haven't used my NAS for a while which I'd like to change now.

However, I can't access it. It's shown as offline  in ReadyCloud, although ''ve connected it ro my router via LAN. In the router it's listed.

Do you have any ideas what I could do?

Hi Ursusprimus,

Welcome to the Community!

You can try first logging into the local admin page of the NAS by accessing https://<ReadyNAS IP address>/admin on your web browser. After logging in, you can go to the Cloud tab, then check the Internet and Service status. Both of them should have a green check.

You can also check if the ReadyCLOUD service is enabled when you go to the Cloud tab.

Regards,.

Also, if you are running very old firmware you might need to update it (and also switch your readynas account over to SSO).
