Did Gmail access for alerts quit working again?

Running an Ultra 6 with 6.10.5 firmware.

I have "less secure" turned on, as well as 2 step and use your phone turned off.

I still get an error message. I updated the password so I know they are the same and still nothing.

Thanks in advance for any feedback.

Bob

It is working on my Pro 6 with no problem. SMTP service is smtp.gmail.com, port is 465, and Use TLS is checked.  From address is identical to my account name (including gmail.com)

Thanks for the feedback. I think my port is incorrect. This unit has been powered down and idle since before Covid. I am not in front of it now, but I think it is set for 587, or something like that.

So far no luck. I cleared it out, and clicked on Google, and it let me set it up. I still get an error sending a test message! I turned of 2 step validation and made sure less secure is turned on.

I'm stumped. Maybe there is a port blocked or something. I am running WAP, and letting the modem handle DHCP. I did turn off Firewall on my modem.

        Crazy.
