I've got a strange problem and I'm wondering what I can try to resolve it.I have two computers, both running windows 10, both running chrome, using the same user profile, connected to the admin console of my netgear RNDU600+ running OS6. on one computer, in the shares section of the admin console, I can double-click in the details display to open a share, and I can shift-click to multi-select. yay.on the other computer, double-click just opens the OS6 context menu, while shift-click just selects the new item and unselects the original item. Any idea how I can use mutli-select and shift-click on both computers. Any configuration changes I should look at?

The only related forum post I could find was from 2013, where StephanB was asking about the chrome download settings. Which version of Windows on each PC?Which web browser and version on each PC? Have you tried multiple different web browsers? Which firmware version is running on the NAS?

Also, realized one is touch-screen enabled, though I'm not using it I'm using a mouse. Perhaps that is related. However double-click and ctrl-click / shift-click work fine in windows explorer.

Have you tried multiple different web browsers? Tried in IE 11. So it can't be my machine settings (alone)... a) ver 11.102.10586.0. ctrl-click, double-click and shift-click all workedb) ver 11.64.10586.0. ctrl-click, double-click and shift-click all worked I've also tried updating chrome to latest version and restarting it, that did not fix the problem. I will try it again. I will clear the cache and app history, then restart my machine, then report back.
