Error 5000001 timeout sending to device

I need help, i have no more access to my NAS 212, with the PC, access with the iphone and ipard works.

 

i tried to get in with an apple computer, but the result is the same.

  • Please be more specific.  Are you using ReadyCloud or local access?  SMB I assume?  What error message(s) are you receiving?

      i am using ready cloud and then i sign in: on the page top right, there is my name, but first comes the message no volumes or usb, followed by the message 500000001

        Can you access the data on the PC w/o ReadyCloud?
