How do I tell if my RN10400 is arm or not?

Hi,

like many others it appears, since auto updating my RN10400, it's now stuck on the boot screen. All the fixes are talking about arm versions or non arm? How do you tell what one you have?  Cheers

All RN100 and RN200 products are ARM.

It would be useful to show the processor on the Web ui system overview page (perhaps with the amount of memory also).

    Hello Lber65,

    Welcome to the community!

ReadyNAS 100 and 200 series are both ARM based while 300, 500 and 700 series are x86. You may also try getting to http://downloadcenter.netgear.com/ and type the model number of the ReadyNAS, this will show all available downloads and right next to the software (firmware) it will tell you if it is ARM or x86.

You may use this article if you are getting stuck on booting after FW update to 6.4.0.
