Lots and lots of open files problems
Hi.
A few days ago a friend of mine started to have a really annoying problem with his Readynas Pro (regular, non pioneer edition).
His Windows XP, 7 and 8 clients are all having "open file" issues.
He and his employees are using mostly autocad and office.
The outlook (stores the pst file on the users' homedir) is constantly complaining that the file is being accessed from another computer and autocad keeps saying "Unable to save to drawing ... as it is being accessed by another session..."
The problem started at once with all clients so I believe the readynas is to blame, does anyone have any idea what could cause it and how can I solve it?

- Another small update:
As soon as he selects a file with his windows explorer I see it in smbstatus with "DENY_WRITE". This is really weird... - B.t.w
After a lot of wasted time and a factory default...
It ended up being a bad switch (Nethear GS724T). There were tons of tx errors. A new switch solved the problem...
