My NAS NW+V1 not showing in Windows 10 File Explorer in Ethernet-connected PC but OK in other PCs

My NAS is a NW+V1 connected by Ethernet in Windows 10 and although old, has reliably given sterling service. It now ceases to show in Fille Explorer on this PC after update. Other (wireless attached) PCs in the network show up OK. I can successfully ping the connection. All the connections are obtained by my router's DHCP. Have I overlooked something ? Any help greatly appreciated.

I is a bit of a puzzle - my NV+ is running 4.1.15-T3 and it is accessible from Win10.

Did you try accessing by IP address or the NAS name?  Also, did you make sure the NAS workgroup matches the Win10 machine's workgroup?
