Have you tested the disk(s)?

What is the history of the NAS? Was it working with other drives installed before you put in the new ones, or did you recently acquire this with no drives?
What type of drives did you istall? I believe the backplane of the 3100 will accept SAS drives but the controller cannot utilize them.

You are getting a lot more than that. The IP address is the fall-over address (192.168.168.168) and the model and firmware fields are empty. But this is a RAIDiator 4.2.x system, and you really should be using RAIDar 4.3.8 to set up the NAS, not whichever version that is you are using. I'm not sure how the later RAIDar acts prior to volume creation on a 4.2.x based NAS, as I no longer have any active.
Since you are starting over, you may want to take this opportunity to convert your NAS to OS6.
