I tried to download the LOG files before in a previous message but there was nothing listed in them - see attached. I have all 4 disks attached to an HP ProLiant and running the ReclaiMe software and it has passed several screens but has been on SAMPLING: 1st PASS for a while (3 hours). I can hear DISK 2 clicking as it's checking it and I guess that's the hold up.
Someone said in a previous post that I may not need to use ReclaiMe on the drives that there may be another way to get the data back.

FWIW, it might have been useful to click on "download logs" anyway.

Maybe try removing disk 2, and seeing if that speeds things up.

I disconnected DISK 2 and it did speed up the process but I got this error (See attched). I was pretty sure that it was RAID 5 but this seems like it wasn't.

I'm a bit confused on DISK 2, since the screenshot says DISK 3 is not selected.
If you have (or purchase) another 3 TB drive, you could try cloning the disk - using software that does sector by sector copying. There are several free packages that will work. That likely will take a while, and could result in the disk totally failing. But cloning is often less stressful than the RAID Recovery.

I numbered the drives as I took them out of the ReadyNAS and it was DISK 2. I guess it's is showing up in the ReclaiMe software as DISK 3 because of how they were connected to the SATA bus.

Ok.
Taking the error message at face value: Cloning the clicking disk is probably the best option - hopefully it won't fail while you are doing that.
Note that if you are running RAID-0, then removing any disk would have produced this error very quickly. So while the evidence points to disk 2 (disks aren't supposed to click), it is conceivable that errors on another disk are actually creating the problem.
