REGISTRATION PROBLEMS

Hi there,

 

I have problem registring my product in MYNETGEAR. I enter serial and purchase date, but get an error message 'Something went wrong, Please contact support team.'

 

When I try to create a support case, it says I have to register the product before I can get help....

 

How to fix this??

    Device appears to be registered under your profile. Have you tried using a different browser? Can you post a screenshot of the error you get?

        Have you completed the account activation for your MyNETGEAR? If yes, kindly check the information again. Your ReadyNAS should be showing as a registered device.
