RN102|ReadyNAS 100 Series,RN10200|ReadyNAS 100 Series 2- Bay (Diskless)
I have an RN 102 with 2 HDD (2TB each). They work in RAID. How can I get them both single accessible in NTFS or EXT4 (migrate from RAID to EXT4 or NTFS)? Where to find te manual or a guide for dummies?

The ReadyNAS 102 does not use NTFS or EXT4 on internal drives -- it uses BTRFS. You can get each drive separately addressable if you destroy the volume (losing all data) and then re-configure using JBOD, but they will be BTRFS volumes..
BTW "RAID" and the file system are independent of each other. RAID can also use NTFS or EXT4, just not on a ReadyNAS that runs OS6.x like your 102.
