RN422 very slow, keeps saying UPS disconnected, can't play any videos etc
Suddently my RN422 is not very functional. I can't stream anything, it times out. I keep getting email alerts that the UPS was disconnected/reconnected etc. It seems like something has overloaded the device or something. Rebooting does not help. Are there any log files that might help me figure this out or does anybody have an idea on what to check?

Try downloading the full log zip file. Start by looking for errors in system.log and kernel.log
What apps are installed? What firrmware are you running?

I'm on 6.10.3 and I figured out if I unplug my usb backup drive, it works normally. But if I plug that back in the problems develop again.

Is the drive a desktop model with a separate power supply, or a portable powered by USB? If the latter, you are probably stressing the power capability of the NAS and should employ a Y cable for dual port power or switch to a desktop model. If the former, look for errors in the logs.
