ReadyNAS 516 RAM Drive
I was curious has any one created a RAM drive on their ReadyNAS before? If so how did you do it and did it create any issues with the perfomance of your device?

Hello brlathanjr,
I think RN516 can take 2x8GB ECC RAM. You might want to visit the ReadyNAS Hardware Compatibility board to see if there are some users you already tried this.
Netgear does not support altering internal components of the ReadyNAS as this may void the warranty too.
Regards,
