ReadyNAS 516 not showing Shares in Frontview (GUI)
I'm running Firmware 6.9.2 and ran into an issue months ago were i had to recover the NAS. Since the recovery I havent been able to see most of my shares in web interface. If I map the drive i get the following ....the image after shows my web interface.
I've triued edditing the /etc/frontview/samba/Shares.conf file to add "guest ok = 1" also looked around in samba in ssh and cant seem to find the issue. I wouldn't be to concerned about the web interface but it those additional folders are no longer available to both of my TV's when browsing media shares. I really need to get that capability back. Would be greatfull for any ideas.
Thanks!
Chris

One thing you could try is
- rename one of the public share folders (subvolume)
- create a new share with the original name
- delete the new subvolume with btrfs subvolume delete -c \data\sharename
- rename the original public share folder to the original name.
If that restores the share to the Web UI, then you could repeat that for the rest of them.

That's one way of dealing with it.
Another way would be to try to fix the config files (there's a way that needs to be handled).
