ReadyNAS NVX - Force USB Firmware Install??

Was trying to install firmware and it totally froze on "Booting...". I've tried Factory Default. I've tried OS Reinstall. Nothing works. I've removed the drives and installed a single formatted drive...

That is not the process to do USB Boot Recovery.

You can replace the firmware included in the zip file with the latest.

Hmmm... when I click on the link I get the message below...

 

"Error establishing a database connection"

 

 Any ideas? Tried it in a couple of different browsers.
