Readynas 214 - iDrive backup
Hi,
I was using idrive backup directly from my ReadyNAS214. After latest firmware - I have been experiencing problems - I could not open the idrive anymore. I had also the strange problem that the installed apps were not visible anymore. Somehow I solved that issue, and re-installed the missing / other apps (like Resilio), but now I am getting an error when I am trying to install the idrive backu p app. Neither the pre-installed app version directly from NAS interface) nor manual upload (latest from iDrive) works.
I would appreciate any feedback.

Welcome to the Community!
May I know the exact error message that you are getting when you are trying to install the app?
You may also download the NAS system logs and provide it to us so we can check what is causing the issue. You may upload it to a file-sharing site then send the download link via private message.

thanks for the feedback. I receive the error "Cannot install application IDrive".
I have downloaded the log and will send it to you now.
