Readynas Duo V2 no firmware after update - How to reinstall ?
Hello,
After upgrading my readynas duo v2 firmware. I am unable to use it. In RAIDar apps, I can see that no firmware is detected :
I have try a factory reset and an OS reinstall from the boot menu without success (I have removed my disk for just reinstall firmware).
I am looking for an USB recovery tool, I follow this guide : https://kb.netgear.com/30267/RAIDiator-4-2-USB-Recovery-Tool
But the binary doesn't work on my windows 10...
Can you help me to solve my firmware issue ?

Hi Aure77
Welcome to the Community!
Do you have the disks inserted when you performed the Factory Reset? It will not do a Factory Reset or OS Reinstall without the disks
It says No disks detected, does it have the same status when the disks are inserted? What firmware have you updated to?
Please make sure you have backup of your data and also download the full logs if still possible.
Regards

No disk were inserted... I already tested with disks without success too.
I have tested one disk by one and I think that one is died.
The second start (disk led is lit), but RAIDar says that : "corrupt root"
I have retry OS reinstall and factory reset with this disk inserted without success...
Could you help me ?
