Registering my READYNAS 424

Have been trying to register my RN424 but keep getting the error "Something went wrong - try again".

 

Would like a phone number to call to get this resolved.

    We have fixed your myNETGEAR account. We have registered your RN424 as well. Please check if your RN424 appears as a registered device on your myNETGEAR portal.

    What country are you in?

     

    You could also try sending a PM (using the envelope icon at the top right of the forum page) to JohnCM_S or Marc_V as they can probably troubleshoot this for you.
