What firmware is running on the NAS?
Is this happening with every home folder, or just with some of them?

Thank you for your reply.
The firmware is 6.9.3.
Our LAN has only 2 PCs and 3 Macs, but all of them have same behaviour.
I disabled ssh. Is it needed to be enabled?

No, but if you are comfortable with the linux command line interface you could check the users' folder permissions and the ACL.
Can you create a new (test) user on the NAS, and see if you have the same problem with the test user?

Thank you for your advice.
I got your idea about SSH.
And acctually, the issue has been solved when I update the firmware to 6.9.4 from 6.9.3.
So I don't know what was the problem, but it's gone.
Just in addition, the behavior was same when I create new user.
Anyways, the problem has been solved, so please close this thread.
Thank you.
